Privacy policy

· Tryskotech Tomasz Trysko based in Rynarzewo 89-203, ul. Szubińska 40, NIP 558-159-44-39, REGON number 341426338 respects the principles of the privacy of individuals using the service operating at WWW.MILWORLD.PL.
 

·  The following Privacy Policy applies to personal data:
 

  1. 1. Customers of MILWORLD.PL Internet Shop (hereinafter referred to as the "Shop"), operating at www.milworld.pl. (i.e. natural persons who are at least 13 years of age, but if the person is not 18 years old, consent is required from his or her legal representative who makes or intends to make a purchase order); and
  2. 2. other individuals who use the service at www.milworld.pl, and in particular: natural persons who make a one-time or multiple visits within the service, persons interested in employment in the Company or contact with the Company for any other purpose ( questions, comments etc.).
     

· The administrator of the personal data of the Shop's customers and persons using the service within the meaning of the provisions of the Act on the protection of personal data is Milworld.pl.
 

· Personal data of customers is processed by Milworld.pl for the purpose of running the Store, in particular:
 

  1. providing available services,
  2. marketing services provided by Milworld.pl and marketing services provided by third parties (in the case of giving proper consent);
  3. maintenance of the Registration Process (i.e. one-time operation, consisting in the Customer's establishment of a Client Account, made using the administration panel provided by the Service Provider on the Shop's website);
  4. logging in to the Account (that is, a sub-page of the Store, where the customer has the ability to receive, among other things, notifications about changes in the status of Products, express opinions about the Products and control the Order);
  5. demanding possible claims,
  6. sending via Milworld.pl to the indicated e-mail address - in electronic form - ordered newsletter,
  7. explaining the circumstances of the unauthorized use of electronically provide services,
  8. assuring the efficient functioning of the Store,
  9. creating internal reports and analyzes;
  10. creating visitor statistics of subpages to the site,
  11. adjusting the shop's service to the needs of the people mentioned above and Customers,
  12. entering into and performing the Product Sale Agreement (including delivery of Products) and handling complaints.

· Personal data of users of the service that are not Shop Customers are processed by the Company in order to:
 

  1. adjusting the service of the Shop to the aforementioned persons and customers,
  2. demanding possible claims,
  3. explaining the circumstances of the unauthorized use of electronically provided services, and also
  4. creating visitor statistics of subpages to the site.
     

· The Company reserves the right to disclose selected information concerning the Client or another individual who uses the service to the competent authorities or to third parties which submit a request for such information, based on an appropriate legal basis in accordance with applicable law.
 

· Except as indicated in paragraph 1.6 above, the information concerning the Client or the person using the service will not be disclosed to any third party without the consent of the Customer.

· In case when Milworld.pl asks for permission to send commercial information electronically (e.g. by email or SMS), the person who gave the above consent has the right to revoke it by sending an email to sale@milworld.com typing in the title the word "resignation" or by phone 52 384 04 07
 

· Milworld.pl, based on a written contract concluded in accordance with art. 31 of the Personal Data Protection Act, entrusts the processing of personal data of the Client and the person using the service and other data referred to in this Policy to the IAI Joint Stock Company for the proper performance by the abovementioned company of hosting, administration, maintenance and management of the Shop's service. Passing the Customer's data to IAI S.A. in order to execute the contract of entrustment referred to above takes place at the moment of providing this data by the Client during the Registration process. Transmission of data of non-Customer users is made at the moment the user starts using the service.
 

· Each customer has the right of access to the content of his or her personal data. The right to correct it, to supplement it, to request the cessation of data processing and its removal. To do this, send an email to sklep@milworld.pl, call 52 384 04 07 or use the "Your Account" feature available on the Shop.
 

·  The company informs that when the Customer or other natural person connects to the Shop’s service, in the system logs of the service, information is displayed. It shows the number (including IP) and the type of customer terminal equipment or other natural person, from which the customer or another natural person connects to the Store. The Company informs that in accordance with the law of the territory of the Republic of Poland, it will also process data on the number (including IP) and type of terminal equipment of the Customer and other physical persons using the Shop’s service. Also the connection time of the abovementioned persons and other operational data concerning the activity of the Customer or other individual in the Shop. These data are processed in particular for technical purposes and for collecting general statistical information.
 

· The Company uses cookies to collect information related to the use of the Store by the Customer or other natural person. Cookies allow the Customer to:

Maintain a Customer's session (after logging in), so that the Customer does not have to re-enter the Login and Password on each Shop page,
 

  1. adjusting the Shop's services to the needs of customers and other users of the service,
  2. creating visitor statistics of subpages to the site.
     

· Some subpages of the Shop service and other means of communication with customers and other natural persons who use the service may include so-called "web beacons" (also known as "electronic beacons"). Web beacons allow you to receive information such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer on which the web beacon was loaded, the URL of the page, the page load time, the browser type, and the information contained in cookies to evaluate the effectiveness of our ads.
 

· If the Customer places on the Store's website any personal information of others (including their name, address, telephone number or e-mail address), he or she may do so only if the applicable law and personal rights of such person are not violated.
 

· Milworld.pl declares that it will make every effort to provide customers and other natural persons with a high level of security in using the Shop’s service. Any event that affects the security of information, including suspicion of sharing files containing viruses and other files of a similar nature or similar content files, must be reported to Milworld.pl e-mail: sale@milworld.com
 

· At the same time, the Company declares that, in order to protect the Store's services, modern techniques for securing accounts and access to data are used to ensure the highest level of security, but for technical reasons they cannot guarantee the full confidentiality of stored and transmitted information.
 

· Customer is entitled to use data provided by other Shop Customers only in connection with the use of the Store and with their consent in a manner consistent with the applicable law, unless he or she obtains permission from these Customers to process their data in a scope or purpose beyond the use of the Store.
